Ordering is easy, simply browse through our online products and you can use the order form here online, add an item to our secure
shopping cart, or call us at our toll free number. In some cases, for example, when purchasing a liner you will need to call us so we can furnish you with the appropriate measuring forms
We ship items as fast
as possible and in the best way possible using UPS or common carrier depending upon the item size. Most orders will be received by you within 8-10 working days depending upon where in the US you live. Custom
liners and Pools will take longer depending upon the time of the year you order them. Late Spring and Summer are the busiest months for us and our manufacturers so if you want a custom liner try to plan early!
Payment is either cashiers check in advance, or PayPal where you can use your Pay Pal account or if you don’t have a Pay Pal account you can use M/C, Visa, Discover, or American Express in the Pay Pal
cart.
By Shipping we are referring to the continental United States. If you are outside of the U.S. you will have to pay all shipping from the farthest point in the U.S. for example if you live in Hawaii
we will pay the freight to California and you must pay the freight forwarding charges from California to Hawaii.
Manufacturers warranty’s are always given on all of our products where they apply. Warranty items are subject to the scrutiny of the manufacturer to determine the extent/cause of damage.
We
assume if you receive the item and sign for it that it is in one piece. Please don’t accept items if the outer packaging has in some way been damaged in shipment.
All of our items are new and
can be returned up to 30 days after purchase in their original box unused (Except custom liners and pool kits - see below*). The consumer is totally responsible for shipping cost for unwanted goods and will
pay the original shipping cost we incur to send it out. We do not except returns on used items. So if you think you don’t want it, please don’t order it. If you order it and somehow decide you
do not want it please do not open it, just call us and we will tell you how to send it right back. We can’t resell a used item, you wouldn’t want to receive it, and either would anyone else.
We are based in New York. If you purchase a product from us from New York, you will be charged the lowest tax rate for New York. You will then be contacted if we determine that you live in a county that
has a higher tax rate and we will ask you for the additional amount before the product will ship. We are very sorry about this inconvenience but New York State tax law is too complicated for our present
shopping cart to process automatically.
