Our intention is to only offer one product for each product type, we have over 30 years experience with most of our products and believe in them.
For example we only sell Esther Williams pools and Sun Swim solar heaters. We try not to confuse ourselves and our customers with more then one brand of the same product. We are confident we have chosen the best manufacturer to represent each of our products!

Ordering is easy, simply browse through our online products and you can use the order form here online, add an item to
our secure shopping cart, or call us at our toll free number. In some cases, for example, when purchasing a liner you will need to call us so we can furnish you with the appropriate measuring forms
We ship
items as fast as possible and in the best way possible using UPS or common carrier depending upon the item size.
Most orders will be received by you within 8-10 working days depending upon where in the US you live. Custom liners and Pools will take longer depending upon the time of the year you order them. Late Spring and Summer are the busiest months for us and our manufacturers so if you want a custom liner try to plan early!
Payment is either check in advance, Master Card, or Visa.
By Shipping we are referring to the continental United States.
If you are outside of the U.S. you will have to pay all shipping from the farthest point in the U.S. for example if you live in Hawaii we will pay the freight to California and you must pay the freight forwarding charges from California to Hawaii.
Shipping is included on all orders over $25 on UPS items. Shipping is not included where stated in the product description.
Handling is $8.95 for all orders.
Manufacturers warranty’s are always given on all of our products where they apply. Warranty items are subject to the scrutiny of the manufacturer to determine the
extent/cause of damage.
We assume if you receive the item and sign for it that it is in one piece. Please don’t accept items if the outer packaging has in some way been damaged in shipment.
All of our items are new and can be returned up to 30 days after purchase in their original box unused (Except custom liners and pool kits - see below*). The consumer is totally responsible for shipping cost
for unwanted goods and will pay the original shipping cost we incur to send it out. We do not except returns on used items. So if you think you don’t want it, please don’t order it. If you order it and
somehow decide you do not want it please do not open it, just call us and we will tell you how to send it right back. We can’t resell a used item, you wouldn’t want to receive it, and either would anyone
else.
* Custom liners are not returnable and orders cannot be cancelled once the liner has gone into production. Swimming pools may not be cancelled or returned after they are shipped from the
manufacturer.
